This morning, we had a special treat and got to see some zoo friends. Andrew and I met up with Aunt Marie and Anna and Aunt Thi, Elise, and baby Kage. The zoo really makes for great play dates. First, the kids can get to see their friends--both humans and animals. And second, it allows us to get outside especially when the weather has been so immaculate lately. Autumns in Houston can have some of the nicest weather especially coming after the hot and humid summers and right before the colder winters, which may not be so conducive to going to the zoo.
Moreover, Mommy was happy that Andrew got to hang out with some more girls! Everyone was so cute together sharing and playing. We even all went out to eat lunch afterwards at Ruggles. The kids were really good the whole time.
But my absolute favorite part of the day was when all three kids held hands and were walking/running around. It was so adorable!!!
Mommy forgot her camera, but luckily Aunt Marie was nice enough to send some of her pictures to me. Thanks for the photos; and thanks to both Aunts Marie and Thi and the kids for a great time!
