Early Christmas Gift

We received a very early and very wonderful Christmas gift today. We learned that Papa is going to take a new job--not only back in the States, but back in the great state of Texas! He will be working primarily in Beaumont, which is a little over an hour away, but it is closer than St. Croix. And thus, he will get to come home every weekend to boot!

Andrew and his dear beloved Papa will be reunited on December 23rd when Papa comes home for good. Unfortunately, we didn't get to make a trip down to the island, which would have been awesome, but this is so much better!

I know Papa is looking forward to seeing these two people below. Ngoai and I took Andrew to Baybrook Mall to shop a bit...or just walk around the mall occasionally going into a store in a feeble attempt to shop. I showed Andrew Santa and he just wagged his finger. Guess we will have to work on it.
