This morning, we met up with our friends at the zoo. The kids had a blast and were really cute with one another. I really think that the more Andrew sees them, he really gets more attached to and enjoys playing with them. And he's very sweet to Aunts Linda, Marie, and Thi! We visited our usual suspects and checked out the two new two lionesses. The kids enjoyed the petting zoo and the merry-go-round. Towards the end of the ride, I was happy when Andrew said he wanted to actually ride an animal (I think it was the armadillo) versus the chariot that he normally rides.
Before we knew it, it was lunch time so we invited everyone back to our place for pizza for an extended play date. The kids had fun playing and coloring while the moms had fun chatting. Sadly, nap time was upon us and we had to go our separate ways. Andrew and Mommy can't wait until the next time we do this again!
