Belinda's Baby Shower

This afternoon, Aunt Monica and I hosted a baby shower for Aunt Belinda along with Marisa who unfortunately wasn't able to fly in from New Mexico. Daddy took Andrew for a ride on the Metro Rail and then to the zoo in the morning so Monica and I could prep for the party. They came home for lunch and naps while we put the final touches on everything. I have to say I was impressed--Monica and I were totally ready before the party began. Props to us for being so on top of things!

After Andrew awoke, he and Daddy hung out a little bit with Aunt Bee and Mrs. Woo. He was sweet. I think he knew a party was going on and was assuming it was for him. But he didn't put up too much of a fuss when Daddy took him for a bus ride to the Galleria where they walked around. Daddy said Andrew loved the bus ride and was really good on both outings, which makes Mommy feel very proud and a little less guilty!! Thanks, Daddy!! You're the best, babe!

As for the shower, we had a great time! Everyone seemed to have a good time and enjoy themselves. It was nice seeing some people that I hadn't seen in a while and catch up with them. And it was a treat getting to meet some more of Bee's friends that I had heard so much about.

All in all, it was a huge success! We were thrilled we could do this for Belinda since she's such a dear dear friend who we love very much! We can't wait for the Woo Lin Twins to make their debut!
