Sunday Morning at the Armstrong Residence

The old play date crew had been trying to get together for some time. We got all our schedules aligned and had a play date this morning. The Armstrongs were kind enough to open their home to us so we all brought food and drink to share with everyone.

The kids all started off playing inside, but eventually, started getting antsy so we thought it was time for them to go outdoors. Marie brought an inflatable pool and Linda set up a water table and a slip and slide. The kids had so much fun outside! Watching the little ones on the slip and slide was hilarious!!

Soon it was time to leave because Ngoai was meeting us at our house so we could make the road trip up to Dallas this afternoon. We had an uneventful drive thankfully and made it to Dallas safe and sound. Tan and Lily had everyone over for Korean barbecue for dinner, which was super delicious. We watched some of the opening ceremony of the Olympics and then I put Andrew to bed. Sadly, I didn't take any pictures at dinner tonight. :( But I'll definitely be taking lots during the rest of our trip in the Big D!
