Hermann Park

For our first outing with our guest, we headed to Hermann Park for the train and the zoo. The train was already waiting at the depot when we got there so there would be no wait; and to boot, it was at a discounted price in celebration of the park's birthday.

After, we made our way into the zoo. The kids had a good time at doing all our normal activities like Natural Encounters, elephants, and African Forest. And they both enjoyed the splash pad as it was getting hotter by the minute. I am so glad they installed it!!

When we were walking back to the car, we saw some more activities going on at Hermann Park and decided to check it out. They had a coloring contest and a face painter so why not do both!? Lilian chose a unicorn and Andrew chose Spider-man.
