Cinco de Mayo

This evening, we ventured out to Sugar Land for a Cinco de Mayo celebration hosted by Charles, Marie, and Anna. The party was phenomenal!! The food was so delicious! Charles and Marie totally outdid themselves! Marie even made a Tres Leches cake and trifle that were out of this world! Andrew liked the meal too eating very well chomping down on some cheese quesadilla and queso cheese rolled up in tortillas.

Andrew played well, but not perfect. There were a couple of instances where he didn't want to share and tried to swipe from other kids--but no hitting thankfully! After dinner, the kids ran outside like wild animals in the backyard after dinner. But we ended it after the mosquitos made their unwanted appearance. Andrew also played a lot with Max running around inside the house after one another.

We had an awesome time! Great food and great company make for a really great night! Thanks, Charles and Marie, for inviting us. Happy Cinco de Mayo! And happy birthday to Uncle Anh Tuan!
