This morning, I dropped Andrew off at school. Not just drop-off like before where I walk him to his class, but the vehicle drop-off line!! We had talked about it before and he was very apprehensive, but he did great. He didn't cry one bit, which is more than I can say for me. It hit me that he is growing up just too fast!! It made me a little sad. But I am more proud than anything.
We chose to do it on a Monday because his teacher, Ms. Edgett, helps with drop-offs on Mondays so we figured that he would be most comfortable seeing a familiar face.
As he reward, he got Flynn, the new fire truck from Thomas the Tank Engine. I still can't get over how he is doing all these big boy things!
