Zoobilee 2012

The Houston Zoo hosted their annual members' only party, Zoobilee, last night and tonight. But we went tonight so that we could go with Andi, Gavin, and Shane. We also invited Jenny, Palmer, and Fiona to be our guests since Daddy couldn't come tonight. And Andi invited a few of their friends as well so we had a good little group.

We planned on meeting up early so we would have an easier time with parking. As such, we dined at the new restaurant at Hermann Park called Pinewood Cafe since the kids were getting hungry.

Then, we entered into the zoo. The kids all had a great together and enjoyed going around the zoo gathering their stamps for their prize. We tried to see the dinosaur exhibit that is back at the zoo, but the line was over forty minutes. We decided to forego it and just spend time around the zoo. The kids wanted to play on the playground and do the petting zoo so we did that.

It was getting late so we decided to call it a night. With the exception of the line at the Dinosaur exhibit, the Zoo put on a great party. We had still lots of fun.
