I wrote in James's card that this has been the hardest year we have ever faced together, but we have persevered as best we can. And I feel that we are now stronger as a couple. We have truly realized how great our love is for each other and how much that loves helps to support one another in good times or bad. I wouldn't want to spend my life with anyone else.
We didn't do anything special since it's during the week. But we had a nice dinner with our son. And it was the only time I took a picture of Andrew. But here is the shining star in our lives as well as more pictures from that lovely day in Tahoe eight years ago.
I love you, James. More than you will ever know.
