For today's outing, the Buchhorns chose the Downtown Aquarium. Yes, we had just gone with John and his family, but we didn't mind one bit. We always have a good time there and it's always a new experience every time we go.
We started out on the shark train before the line got too long. Then, we took the kids on the carousel. Next, the kids picked the ferris wheel. I wasn't sure about Andrew since he wasn't totally on board last time, but he did just fine. Not scared in the least bit--none of the kids were! He loved trying to wave to the other car where the other half of our party were sitting.
Lastly, we did the exhibit halls and the kids enjoyed seeing everything. The biggest hits were of course, the stingray tank and white tigers. Both Caroline and Rebecca gave touching the stingrays a go. They were a little nervous at first, but overcame their fears like big girls.
We really enjoyed having them here especially Andrew who loved playing with the girls. Hope you guys will come back to visit us again!!
