The Beaver

I used to love the old show, Leave it to Beaver. But I don't think I ever knew why Theodore was nicknamed "The Beaver" besides that it rhymed with the family's last name, Cleaver. Well, I might have to add "The Beaver" as yet another nickname for my son. Apparently, our little beaver has been gnawing at his crib and leaving teeth marks. I had seen him put his mouth on the railing, but thought nothing of it because of the protective plastic cover. But apparently, ti was protective enough as Andrew has been putting his two bottom teeth beneath the plastic and scrapping away. I am glad that we spent good money on a crib that doubles as a teether too.
