Rice Reunion

Tonight, we had a small Rice reunion with some of Daddy's friends from business school. We had been trying to get together for a while now, but it's been difficult with everyone's schedules. However, we finally just picked a date and went with it. The first of the two couples that came over was Michael and Kathleen, whose wedding we attended a little over a year ago. And the second was Eric and Alana who also brought along their son, Mac, who is a year younger than Andrew.

We didn't have time to cook so we ordered in barbeque. It was great just sitting around our table talking and catching up. We talked lots about Mike and Kathleen's pregnancy with a little baby boy giving them advice and shared some stories about what we all have experienced with having kids. I don't think we scared them too bad! Ha ha!

Andrew had lots of fun with Mac. They were really cute together. And though he had some momentary lapses, he did a pretty good job of sharing his toys.

I was so busy having a good time talking that I didn't take many pictures. I only remembered to snap a few of the boys. I meant to take photos of the couples too, but just plain ole forgot. Next time...next time! We had such a wonderful time thta there will definitely be a next time!
